A leading Engineering firm is excited to grow their team with a Municipal Engineer position! This position targets an aspiring Engineer looking to work within diverse situations! Position: Engineer/Municipal Engineer Role Type: Direct Hire Schedule: M-F, standard working hours; must be available to work after hours/weekends and travel (if needed) Salary: Starting at $85k DOE Comprehensive benefits package including PTO, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) and more! Duties & Responsibilities:
- Connect with municipal authorities to discuss needs
- Conduct plan reviews
- Manage and design projects
- Develop client relationships
- Attend meetings as an Engineering representative (including evening meetings)
- Prepare estimates
- Prepare written reports and proposals
- Handle project management
- B.S. in Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 7 years experience in design and management with municipal base projects
- Experience with AutoCAD
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to obtain clearances
- Must be able to work independently or as a team
- Must be able to multi-task
