This position targets an individual with little to no experience in estimating, but has a background in computer science or construction management! Experienced indidivuals are also encouraged to apply.

Schedule: Flexible days and hours; position has the ability to be performed in a hybrid settingPay Rate: $15-$18/hr; 1099 position
Duties & Responsibilities:- Analyze and review plans and specifications
- Prepare cost estimates
- Utilize an online database/software for estimating and quality take offs
