A leading veteran-owned construction company is excited to grow their team with a Project Manager position! This position targets a candidate of veteran/military status with construction experience!
Position: Construction Project Manager
Schedule: M-F, flexible hours; must be available to work after hours/weekends as needed and travel
Pay: $30-$40/hr DOE; 1099
Duties & Responsibilities:- Coordination of job roles and responsibilities with sub- contractors
- Coordination of estimates from sub-contractors
- Handle scheduling with clients
- Attend meetings with clients
- POC for job site supervision
- Handle material acquisition
- Handle labor acquisition
- Relevant construction experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be military affiliated
- Must be willing to travel
- Must be willing to work after hours/weekends as needed
- Must have a valid drivers license
