A leading veteran-owned construction company is excited to grow their team with a Construction Foreman position! This position targets a candidate of veteran/military status, but open to non-military candidates as well.
Position: Construction Foreman
Schedule: M-F, start time varies between 6a-8a; standard 8-hour day, but some days may require longer hours; must be available to work after hours/weekends as needed and travel
Pay: Starting at $25/hr DOE; 1099
Duties & Responsibilities:- This is a working Foreman position, while teaching and directing less experienced team members
- Handle and responsible for site supervision
- Strong ability to direct team members and be a leader
- Handle client communication
- Must possess overall knowledge of various aspect of construction
- Understanding of steps and process of day to day operations
- Ability to estimate material that is required for project
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be willing to travel
- Must be willing to work after hours/weekends as needed
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Must have construction knowledge
- Must own basic tools
