Role Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: M-F, standard daytime working hours
Pay Range: $90k-$120k DOE

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist and manage development of design team
- Manage design projects
- Handle writing proposals
- Handle plan review
- Knowledge of land development
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- P.E. highly preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in land development
- Experience with AutoCAD
